Useless for anything but a decoration.
These do not hold their adjustment. They do not lock in any way. Complete waste of money. If fact I would go as far to say complete FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. Shame on you Walmart for putting your name on this crap. Tells a lot about where you are at as a company. It's all about the $$$x
