(2 pack) Hyper Tough 25-Lumen Black Penlight with Durable Aluminum Design

I love this little flashlight, I carry it everywhere I go. It comes in handy, especially when I'm in the car at night and I need to see something, I just grab my little handy-dandy pen light. I've become very dependent on it. I purchased 2 of them because they were such a great price.

This little thin pen light is just bright enough for what I purchased it for. I chose the Red one to stand out on my black shoulder bag. It has a strong feel to it and the longevity seems to be promising. It's too early to tell the type of battery life it has since it's too new to me.

Sturdy construction. All metal body. Legend printed on outside of tube shows correct orientation of battery polarity. Comes with 2 AA batteries, but I couldn't tell if they were alkaline or carbon. Typically included batteries are low quality carbons, so I replaced them with high quality alkalines. Push button is a bit stiff. Probably designed for more use by thumb than by finger. Light output is good. I wanted one in my desk, and in my soft travel briefcase where a ton of lumens isn't needed, but I wanted quick access to light should there be a power failure. Can easily illuminate across a large room. As noted on the tag attached to the pocket clip, there is a plastic "film" that disables the batteries. It is a plastic disc inside the tube that prevents draining the batteries, especially since the push button could be accidentally pushed during storage or shipping. The pocket clip is removable. Packaging was merely a paper shipping envelope with the penlights loose inside, so no protection against shipping damage, and they can bang against each other. The metal tubes are narrow and tough, so not likely to bend during shipping, but the finish is just painted, so they could scrape against each other. Since this is a "fulfilled by Walmart" item, I don't know if the seller or Walmart chose the poor packing. Order to delivery was under 2 days.

Both flashlights work great very strong beam on the lights.

These lights are compact, bright and handy! Am highly recommending these!
