I've had other brands in the past that left a lot to be desired. This product was exactly what I needed. It helped sustain me as I pushed my own endurance, running without prior prep or training. These were a crucial part of the recover process between legs of my event. The flavor and texture were both pleasant, and I would definitely buy this product for future activities.

I love these. They're great-tasting shakes that allow you to get your required protein on the go while avoiding insulin spikes. I avoid sugars, sucralose, and other dangerous sugar alternatives for optimal health. I even have these in protein form as well.

Joko Molk Chocolate Protein Shakes are my go-to for protein on the go! The taste is smooth and chocolatey without being overly sweet, and the texture is just right and no chalky aftertaste. But the best part? It's the only protein shake I've tried that doesn't cause any GI upset or bloating. I can drink one and feel great afterward, whether it's post-workout or a quick meal replacement. These Protein Shakes are Actually Very Good! I need these to Supplement my Calorie intake and they have Worked Out Well. Usually these type of Protein or Supplement Shakes give me a Stomach Ache or Nausea but these Do Not and the Chocolate and Coffee Flavors are Tasty. Recommend

This version of Jocko Fuel protein shake is made with sugar and not an artificial sweetener, although they do make ones that have an artificial sweetener for people who do not want sugar. The one I purchased is made with fermented cane sugar. I tried a few with artificial sweeteners, and they caused issues with my digestive system, so before you buy a protein shake, read the ingredients to find out which sweetener is used and what that sweetener will do to your system

It gives you the caffine without the additive sugar and no crash afterward. It's about a 2 on a scale of 5 for a level of sweetness. Taste amazing, and you feel it almost right away. If you chug it, you'll feel it even faster. With 30g of protein, it sets your protein intake for the morning to a great start. 10/10!

I love these - great way to get a decent shot of protein and caffeine at the same time! Flavor is yummy! Texture isn't chunky or too thick, works well in my blender bottle. Fits in standard size car cup holders. I get these dang near every time I get groceries!

It is WAY TOO SWEET! What were they thinking adding this much zero calorie sweetener to these things? 3 stars for the idea, but the execution is terrible. Cut it down by like 80% and you'll be good. I'll have to try the chocolate and vanilla, but we're off to a terrible start on a shake I really wanted to like.

There is a lawsuit in California ,these products were tested And found to have 2x the lead that is allowable for reproductive and other health. Also high levels of mercury. These are NOT CLEAN !!!! I'm so upset that I have already bought and consumed these multiple times.

This stuff gave me a stomach ache almost immediately after drinking it and ruined my Saturday! IDK if Jocko is full of Lactose, or if Monk fruit upsets my stomach, but I've been drinking Muscle Milk for years with no dairy problems. I'm asking for a refund and going back to Muscle Milk!
