First time I have taken something that suppresses my appetite. Only two per day! So happy with the results. In 3 weeks I have lost 15 lbs. With these gummies and changing my eating (mostly because I don't crave sugar as much as before) I am no longer gaining weight but losing.
the gummies are slightly hard and stuk together.
didn't feel any different. seem like i was more hungry.
