I make my own soup by mixing two packets with water, carrots, brown mushrooms, ginger and garlic pastes, and after they're cooked, I add some fish sauce, chopped green onion and sesame oil. perfection!

its the perfect amount of seasoning and i definitely authentic and is worth buying. there are 3 packs into every envelope.

I have always gotten this instant miso soup. It is not vegetarian and the saltiness and umami come from the fish flavor they do not use bonito as traditional I think they use sardine or mackerel but it is not so fishy it cannot be consumed. The little piece of tofu and wakame seaweed are very good at the end of sipping on the broth of this and it is very tasty and fulfilling when feeling hungry. Nourishing

although it's always hard to find a good miso soup, this is recommended. this is one of the best ones I have ever found. although miso soup is high in sodium, I add a little extra water. it's now a staple in my pantry.

I really like this soup. I put 2 packets & some boiling water in a bowl, & voila, it's soup! I add some dried shredded wakami (seaweed) to make it more like the restaurant. The packets (each) only make a small cup.. so you need at least 2 to make a bowl.

This miso soup is absolutely delicious. It’s one of my favorite quick comfort foods and it tastes way better than you’d expect for an instant soup. I buy it so often that if the shelf is stocked, I’m usually grabbing most of the packets. Fast, easy, and always hits the spot. Adding dried mushrooms, green onion, or fresh spinach, and substituting water with bone broth is an excellent healthy and delicious touch.

Was looking for a low cost method to have miso from home and this is soooo good! I would go as far to say it taste as good or better than miso from a sushi restaurant. I add around 1-1.5oz of tofu per package and some niri (dried seaweed) I crumble up (this product has tiny dehydrated peices of both, but I'm on a certain diet and adjusted to have more protien by adding tofu, taste amazing either way).

Excellent better than the restaurant each envelope brings 3 servings each little bag diluted in less than a cup of water 2/3 cup only a few calories per serving excellent way to start a meal properly

This is a good tasting soup when you want just a little something in your stomach to curb your appetite before meal time. Great for dieting. I add a little diced green (spring) onion and fresh mushroom, if I have it, for extra zip.
