Oh my love it . Kinderlyte hydration is on my reorder every 2 weeks no artificial sweetener no Artificial flavor no synthetic dye. You got this far just order it for yourself hydrate yourself. We have been using it for about 8 months and we buy no other hydration drinks.

Best thing to sip on when feeling dehydrated and water is not doing it..a 1/2 of glass real helps a lot.

Has that bit of after taste to it from the stevia It has in it and is a salty taste but it does help hydrate my kids when they play out in the heat and get sick. But it can also be for adults from working, being sick, workout, and or just to stay hydrated. It's not an artificial strawberry taste its more like a natural strawberry fruit taste, it's sweet but it is also salty so you kinda have to adapt to the taste if your not into that. ( may see if on the kinderfarms website and see if they can provide a free sample or maybe a discount coupon). Only thing is the price, would like it a bit cheaper but it's better then all the dyes and stuff that's in pedialight so I guess that makes up for it.

I ordered this because it has stevia instead of sugar, but it is very high in salt. if you are a low sodium type, it will work well for you. by myself I'm not, and prefer more magnesium and potassium.
