These lactase fast acting capsules have been a lifesaver for me. I like dairy too much to give it up and these actually let me eat pizza, ice cream or anything with cheese without regretting it later they are my lifesaver. They work fast and I haven't had any stomach issues when I remember to take them before eating definitely something I keep with me all the time now

I have a bottle on me at all times. You can literally wait until you are about to take a sip or bite to take the chewable. They are fast acting and work wonders.

Wish I could give more than 5 stars. This product has made it possible for me to enjoy dairy products again. I would have severe abdominal pains if I ate cheese, drink milk, ate ice cream. Now, I can eat pizza, macaroni and cheese, lasagna, etc. with no problem what so ever. I don't go anywhere without my lactaid chewables. Thank you. Oh, and thank you for the Lactaid ice cream and milk that I can eat and drink without having to take a pill. Life is so much easier.

Without these, I can only eat a teaspoon of ice cream; no kidding. I take 2 with more than two small scoops and I have no issues at all. With the first bite of ice cream, I put two tablets mixed in with the ice cream on the sppon and I just swallow. I never taste the actual pills.

lactaid chewables are pretty decent for what they are but it may definitely depend on i think the severity of your lactose intolerance. i have tried a lot of these products and i think it's one of the most helpful but i also have a pretty severe issue with dairy. it definitely will keep you covered until you're back home to use your toilet in peace vs. out and about if you have a bad intolerance like mine. if yours is on the kinder side, you'll be just fine.

The chewables do exactly what they say and do it well, but I absolutely hate the flavor. If Lactaid would come out with more flavor options for the chewables it would be a lot more desirable to eat. Just thinking of the flavor makes me nauseous, but if I have to, I would eat it.

I have MILD lactose intolerance and took these chewables to help. I HAVE NEVER been this sick to my stomach. There is a sweetener that commonly makes people feel this way and is included in this product. DO NOT buy. I like many other reviewers am SUFFERING. I'm 20 min in and I am praying on the cold bathroom floor despite being an atheist. I cannot believe there is no warning label and no class action has been filed against this product. According to the literature (Reddit) I have at least a few hours to go. Any and all prayers are appreciated at this time.

I took two chewable tablets with my meal. One in the beginning and then one during the meal. I started getting nauseous on & off about an hour after the meal. Loose bowel movement & painful abdominal cramps followed afterwards. My experience with the chewable tablets vs the caplets have been that they do not work. The taste is also enough to cause the nausea themselves. I am suffering.

I was fine th first time I took the Lactaid Fast Act chewables, but the last 2 times I have had extreme vomiting for hours. I'm not alone on this side effect either. I will never take this product again and certainly would not recommend it. :( I would give it 0 stars if I could.

If I could have given zero stars, I would have. to bad I didn't read the ratings before using. Shortly after using I am having more gastric distress than I have ever had using any Lactaid type product, and I have used them for years. Do not buy this product!
