I tried Lemme Debloat for several weeks, and in my experience, it helped a lot with bloating after meals. I didn't experience any side effects. What I liked most was that, with consistent use and alongside a healthy diet and proper hydration, I noticed a real improvement in my digestion.
I have tried numerous different supplements through lemme and I haven't seen as much noticeable improvement with other gummies as I do these ones. I take one before I eat breakfast and one before I eat dinner and when I tell you these work they work. I was a little skeptical because I didn't see any change the first 2ish weeks but than as I kept taking them I saw it. I used to have to the worst bloating after I ate so much to the point I looked preggers. Taking these i definitely noticed a difference and a slimming in my tummy. I for sure am continuing to buy the debloat and will recommend it to everyone.
I honestly don't know what I expected but these actually do work! I'm not a person who uses the bathroom regularly but the moment I realized it was the debit gummies that was keeping me regular every day more than once a day I made it up in my mind that I will be keeping these in rotation. I didn't realize til around days 7-10 that it was the delay gummies that were actually working!
I have religiously used Lemme Debloat for two years. The subscription price is unbeatable! Especially during my period this helps me to literally Debloat! The best part is they also come in little travel pouches so I never forget to take them with me. I can feel a difference in my gut if I skip a few days. I have less indigestion and have very regular bowel movements since taking this. And I have paid much more money for other bioticos and they didn't even come close!
