These work better than other melatonin tablets I've used in the past. Not a huge fan of a gummy supplement though, but will purchase again as I do think they have helped me fall asleep.
I have suffered insomnia for a long time. This gives me the restful sleep that I need and the gummies taste great. I don't feel drowsy in the morning and I feel refreshed.
Always, check with Dr...... Yes, you can take too much magnesium. These helped me sleep for sure and I only took 1, dose said 2. Good sleep, not groggy in the morning. No restless leg trigger!!
Love these! Walmart also ships the travel bottle (7 day supply) instead of the ziploc and I think they are so cute
My husband has been staying awake all night and sleeping most of the day for weeks. I gave him 2 of these gummies last night and he slept all night long!!! These are awesome!!
Works well. A little too sweet for my liking. Works better than most melatonin products.
Couldn't stay asleep kept getting up every other hour. Taste wasn't bad but I won't be taking this product anymore made me very uncomfortable and super groggy the next day.
This product did not work for me. I took it at 6:30 p.m. Went to bed at 7:00 pm. Fell asleep (finally) at 10:30 pm and awoke at 11:30 pm. So no it was not good for me.
While the overall taste of these gummies is excellent, I still didn't sleep worth a crap after taking them. I wake up every 2-3 hours every night, first night taking these I slept 7 uninterrupted hours on one gummy and was like FINALLY I feel so rested!! Second night, 5 uninterrupted hours on one gummy. Third night, I was back to 3 hours straight of sleep on one and a half gummies. Fourth night I took 2 gummies, 3 hours straight of sleep again. Fifth night tried one gummy, and still haven't gotten that 7 hour stretch of sleep again. Don't waste your money, I know I won't again.
Unfortunately, these didn't work for me at all. The taste was ok but I still didn't get any sleep.
