It's very mild and doesn't have the bite you would get with those that contain alcohol. I love how it's doing 6 different things in your mouth to give you the total care and prevent cavities. I love the original Listerine Total Care, and this alcohol free version does just as good a job but is less intense. It gives a super clean feeling, freshens breath, and kills 99.9% of bad breath germs. It also repairs enamel and strengthens teeth! The flavor is mild mint which reminds me a bit of spearmint, not super strong.

This Mild mouthwash is noticeably softer than the regular formulas, and it feels very close to the Extra Mild version. I can swish it for a full minute without any burning or strong sensation. With the regular Listerine versions, I usually only manage about 20-30 seconds. Even though it's milder, it still leaves my mouth feeling just as fresh and clean as the standard options. The bottle is rather small at 95 ml and goes fast. At around 10 ml per use, twice a day, it lasted me about five days.

My mouth is left feeling clean and smooth and my mouth doesn't dry out afterwards. It just doesn't leave my breath as nice smelling as I would like as normal. It's not bad but it's not that fresh mint like normal since it is soooo mild.
