Other products sometimes they come out burn so that I can't hold it in long enough, but this one still gives me the fresh and clean feel without the burn. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Myself and my husband love this type of listerine! It does not burn your mouth and leaves your mouth feeling fresh and clean. It's exactly what we need for the end of the day or first thing in the morning.

I bought this a few months ago, and I really did try to like it. But each time I use it, the same thing happens. First, all the mucus in my mouth congeals to nearly the point of choking me. I have to spend at least 15 minutes in the bathroom spitting out clumps of it and rinsing before it subsides. But that's only the beginning. About 30 minutes or so later, I have to return to the bathroom and clean my mouth and teeth a second time. These thick, white clumps of... I don't know what it is; I think it's dead bacteria? further congealed mucus? I don't know... form along the insides of my cheeks, along my gumline and between my teeth. They are stubborn and sticky and disgusting and take time to be removed, requiring me to spend an inordinately long amount of time to clean away. It's only after all this that things get back to some degree of normalcy inside my mouth. I have used Listerine since I was a child over 50 years ago, and have NEVER experienced this weirdness. I can use other mouthwash, like Scope or Crest and this does not happen, so it's not just some quirk with my mouth. At first I thought it was, and figured with regular use it would stop or lessen, but it happens every time I use it, so I poured the rest out and will not be using it ever again. I can appreciate innovation and advancement of oral technology, but something went wrong with this.
