I like to use these cookies as crust on two desserts Cannolis icebox cake and Italian Cheesecake. They can stand up to the filling without getting too mushy, they actually get a cake like texture. They might not be for everyone’s taste but most! This is the best price.

I'd never flown before and they gave me these on my Delta flights down to Florida and back so now it's nostalgic for me we rarely get to take trips so every time I eat these it's nostalgic for me so I also love the flavor and we use the cookie butter made out of these and crumbled up the cookies into a crust and made the cheesecake and it was amazing as well Love this item these cookies are amazing.

I eat these for breakfast dinner and lunch. I love love love these. I buy them online or in the store weekly. They taste amazing and are great for a cupcakes topping and to dip and coffee. The sweetness is not overbearing, and the cookie is easy to break. It melts easily with the creaminess of my coffee.

Someone gave me the small packs of these with the two cookies on the inside and I had never heard of these cookies and tried them and I have been in love ever since. Most of the times, I eat them by themselves, but I occasionally will eat them with vegan ice cream. That brings me to my next point that these are VEGAN cookies; I couldn't believe it. The only downside to these cookies is if you eat them constantly your teeth will start to hurt but it's worth it because the taste is oh so good lol. P.S. I wish the cookie butter was vegan as well because I want to try it so bad!
