It is hands down the BEST Dijon mustard around! The heat level is perfect - it goes well on a sandwich or when cooking - Dijon with Chicken or Flank Steak is amazing! The others are good, but this is the BEST!! I'm so happy that my Walmart carries it for delivery!

I've been using this mustard ever since my brother told me how good it is. He's absolutely right, it's got an authentic "Dijon" taste but more highly refined, with a bit of a kick to it, it's really delicious for any use: Emulsifier in salad dressings, on a roasted pork tenderloin, on Roast beef, corned beef or pastrami sandwiches! There are so many ways to use this and I can't recommend it highly enough.

Maille Originale Dijon is delicious. I have recently started using it because my daughter uses and loves it. I am glad that I made the switch to Maille.

Best tasting mustard. Great for sandwiches, marinades, egg salad, and so many other dishes. Nice balanced flavor with just the right amount of zing. Good value and fast carefully packed delivery.

If you're going to use Dijon mustard, you should really use the best... everything else is just an imitation.

I like mustard. I like horseradish. I like wasabi. They're all members of the same botanical neighborhood, which occasionally leaves me wondering why my cabbage needs additional mustard. It gets some anyway, particularly when corned beef is involved. Yellow mustard has its place, but sometimes I want mustard to assert its presence rather than merely provide a yellow stripe. There are plenty of Dijon mustards now, including versions from companies whose primary occupation seems to be making yellow mustard. I've tried a number of them, and Maille consistently lands where I want Dijon to be. It has enough spice and bite to announce itself, balanced by the tang and acidity of the wine vinegar without either taking over. It works equally well on a sandwich, in a dressing, or incorporated into a sauce where ordinary yellow mustard would seem to have arrived underdressed. The cabbage may not technically need its relative invited to dinner, but the corned beef certainly appreciates it.

wanted yellow mustard that actually taste like something most Dijon mustard you just get at the store just taste like sugar or if they're honey Dijon they taste like fake honey flavoring I wanted something where you could have yellow mustard seed strong like it should be most just at the store yellow mustard in America are just sugar water hot dog mustard I don't like that this is very strong

I purchased this mustard as I have heard how this brand of Dijon mustard is premiere. I was very disappointed. It is very spicey, hotter than we like. I have always purchased Major Gray which is perfect for my family. I will stick with it. However, if you like very hot spicey, you will really like this brand.

I don't think I've even met a mustard I like. I find it an awful condiment. I buy it because a recipe tells me to. I always regret that purchase.
