(2 pack) Mainstays Baar Plaid Woven Vinyl Table Placemat Silver 13" x 18"

I like these placemats not for the dinner table but to place on my end tables that have a black finish. Seeing dust atop those tables even after I dusted them was driving me crazy. I thought instead of a cloth stand cover I'd try these in the Tobacco color. It somehow hides the dust and as a result, I'm no longer obsessing over it. I'd recommend these for the dinner table or any table.

I love Mainstay products. which are always high quality at a fair price. I really like the earthy colors, weave, and texture of this placemat that compliments my live edge tables and kitchen countertop..

I'm figuring out that placemats- ones to be used on a daily basis, must not be on trend right now. The selections I've found have been sparse and not just at Walmart. I don't mind vinyl placemats, but these are woven from strands of vinyl, they are not solid and do nothing to prevent a spill from going right through the mat and onto the table underneath. The backup set I ordered (different maker) is made the same way. I am using them for the time being, but they will probably be moved to serve as shelf liner if I ever find what I really want.

Although these placemats are very pretty and are great quality for a good price, they stink really bad. I have washed them and rinsed them consistently and it's still there. Hopefully, they get better with time.

I wanted to purchase a plastic place mat for the waterproof features and this place mat is more of a woven which did not show up in the photo on line, therefore, if anything is spilled on the mat it leaks through t the table.

Says waterproof, but the Placemat is woven with spaces - it is not as expected, which would be that you could set a sweaty glass on it and water wouldn't go through. Maybe the material is technically waterproof but the Placemat isn't. Very pretty, thoughtful

These have a metallic bronze-ish appearance. The edges weren't cut straight. The gridwork is open- allowing crumbs, spills, and sweating beverages to go right through to the table or surface area. Regret purchasing 4.

These mats are made with poly vinyl chloride (PVC), They are flat open-weaved with spaces in them. They do not absorb anything and good luck in trying to clean them if anything gets in the spaces. They emit a strong odor and using them on a table with food is not something I wish to do. I will probably just use them on a shelf in the garage. The “tobacco” color is brown with a shiny gold - not how it appears on the site.

Charged, same day delivery put off several days then alert said delivery issues and they were sorry if not be receiving my package. Yet it still said delivering in another end. Charge still exists with no refund. I don't think this is coming directly from Walmart and I wouldn't order it because it may not even exist online. I had to cancel despite them partially canceling and now it's just saying I cancelled with no refund. That isn't true. I have screenshots.

Runner comes in 2 pcs, is thin, of poor quality, and is one-sided (usually double-sided). I suspect washing it will destroy the dye color (not quality). I called Walmart Customer Service and inquired why I was unable to return the product and I was told IT WAS NOT RETURNABLE, SELLER/PRODUCT SHIPPED FROM CHINA. Highly disappointed with Walmart for allowing this this 3rd party vendor to sell on their website CSR apologized and told me Walmart will absorb this loss and credit my credit card as well, will give a digital $10.00 credit for my inconvenience, however I have not received either. WARNING BE CAREFUL when ordering from Walmart.com, make sure it is “Walmart” you are ordering from and not a third-party seller.
