Many people believe this shampoo and conditioner is only for animals but I am here to say those people are wrong. If you have thin hair, loss of hair, hair that breaks off, or your hair grows really slow try this product you will not be unsatisfied with the results. This product will increase hair growth even if you are loosing hair , thin hair will become noticeably thicker , and your hair will grow longer without breaking. I have used this shampoo for years and every 2 months I have to cut my hair because I prefer my hair short but I will not stop using this shampoo.

I use the Original Shampoo for washing my own hair. It also works well as a shaving cream when applied undiluted. I buy one of the smaller containers for daily use, and use the economical 32 oz containers for refilling the smaller one. To make refilling easer, I enlarged the hole in a lid and installed a plastic straw.

If you are trying to grow out short, damaged hair, this is the product for you!! I love everything about this product. Since using my hair has grown an inch a month and healed tremendously. Now with this being said expect a more natural approach, this product won't tame frizz and is not color safe. The natural ingredients though make it worth every penny.

I've been buying this shampoo for years. The 32oz bottle is a good value. I'm not a judge of shampoo, but it seems fine. I was asked to rate the scent; I really don't notice a scent when I'm in a shower with the water running, so I don't know if it even has a scent, or either a good or bad scent. I was also asked to rate the "lathering", which I also can't do well - - I can say it does produce a lather when mixed with water, but I can't rate the quality. Also, the amount of shampoo that's used would play a role in that. All I can say is that it's fine by my standards.

I found this line of shampoo and conditioner many years ago. It was recommended to my Dog who loved her long black curly hair. Myself, I have long flowing hair to my shoulders, so I used some with apprehension, hoping I wouldn't go full Kojac! Anyways, ever since then it has been MY favorite shampoo brand on the market! And ever since then, I've NEVER gotten another DOG!

Great stuff! Cleans my hair thoroughly with a single lathering, doesn't stink like so many others do (why I searched it out it in the first place), doesn't contain any slimy "conditioners"... just a good, clean, and inexpensive shampoo. It's costs roughly 1/3 the price (per ounce) of any of the other unscented shampoos I could find on the site.

I have very long, thick, straight hair that reaches well past my waist, so I'm careful about the products I use. It cleans thoroughly without stripping my hair, leaves it feeling soft and manageable, and helps maintain the healthy shine and bounce I want. One of my favorite things about it is that it lets me comfortably go about three days between washes. Anyone with long, thick hair knows that wash day is practically an event, and drying it takes even longer! Having a shampoo that keeps my hair feeling fresh a little longer is a huge plus. For my hair type, this has been a dependable favorite for years, and I don't see myself switching anytime soon.

The shampoo and conditioner are great, I learned about it from a waitress with lovely long hair. I live in the dry South West, and I have very fine hair. This product is helping my hair enough that I decided to grow it long again.

I have been using this shampoo for over 20 years. It always has great results, I highly recommend Mane and Tail to anyone who asks me what shampoo so I use. My hair is silver and I have no problem with a yellow look that so shampoo can cause.

Our family didn't like this at all.It made our hair seem flat and dull.We tried it on our dogs and it worked alright for them but not well enough that I would buy it again
