McCormick made a winner with this seasoning packet. It is a super easy way to make pork chops. It's a one sheet recipe that is a clear winner. Porkchops, apples, and I added sweet potatoes in one sheet. The recipe created moist tender porkchops with a perfect combination of sweet and smoky. The apples complimented the porkchops well. I would definitely recommend this seasoning packet for a comforting fall meal to any family looking for an easy way to create a beautiful, tasty dinner.
this pouch helps you serve your family steak house quality meals at home everyone in my family lives this flavor pouch for our pork chops
This tasted so good on thick cut pork chop. I used 1/4 on diced potatoes for a meal the second night. Wonderful.
A little spicier than I expected, but in the mild area. i used a russet potato because i don't like sweet potatoes, but think it would work well with those as well.
McCormick's Brown Sugar Porkchop Seasoning Mix is a clear winner for our family, what a simple way to jazz up some boring chops! This is the perfect blend of sweet and savory that will give you a one sheet-pan spread of perfect chops in about 45 minutes from start to finish. I sprinkled it over a package of chops, tossed in some cubed sweet potato, carrots and squash and popped it in the oven for about 30-35 minutes making sure the inside of the pork was cooked to perfection. McCormick's Brown Sugar Porkchop Seasoning Mix seasoning is mild yet flavorful, so even picky kiddos will love it and us adults appreciated the nice crust on the chops adding a bit of flavor. This was quick and easy and a great way to jazz up some chops for a nice family meal, I highly recommend giving McCormick's Brown Sugar Porkchop Seasoning Mix a try.
I will be honest that I don't normally really like pork chops but I make them from time to time just to switch it up for my family and everyone in my household love them! Even me. How can anything with brown sugar not be amazing but they came out almost like a honey glazed ham and they were super good. There were no leftovers. I would definitely buy it again.
This flavor is not something I would typically grab for my home. But I am sure glad we tried it. E headed out the sweet potatoes for russets. I think next time we are going to try using two packets never the flavor profile is just so good. This is going into the monthly line up.
Thanks McCormick for the free seasoning sample! One 1oz packet covered 4 chops front and back. It was very mild and light. Not strong or overpowering at all, hardly noticed it was there. Weak taste, good crust though. I got the smokey sweet pork chops & apples flavor instead of the brown sugar, which would have probably tasted better.
This seasoning mix is perfect for a busy family who needs an easy and tasty weeknight meal! We paired this seasoning mix with boneless pork chops and apples. A recipe was listed on the back of the packet for baking this in the oven. The pork chops came out juicy and flavorful. The seasoning had a real depth of flavor. It was smoky and sweet. My husband insists it had a kick but I didn't taste any spiciness personally. My only critique is I wish it was a little more sweet and a little less smoky. Overall a delicious meal and I look forward to trying other McCormick seasoning mixes!
it tasted awful did not know needed apples anc sweet potatoes ordering online didnt say. it was horrible couldnt even eat ruinedmy chops
