Well I've used almost 3 bottles and I haven't lost an ounce. What a crock. I can say however that I am getting smaller and seem to have more energy. How can that be?? No weight loss but smaller?? I'm going to continue taking them even though they taste pretty bad. (Strong apple cider vinegar taste.) You do get used to the taste but at first I had to hold my nose so I wouldn't taste them. (Or smell the strong vinegar scent) That being said...Smaller is better 😁
