I prefer my jumbo macaroni without ridges, but they don't seem to be carrying the jumbo macaroni at Walmart without ridges. I was pleasantly surprised that this cooked up better than normal. It usually takes a long time to cook and I just don't like the ridges when I'm making mac and cheese. It seemed to work much better this time and the mac and cheese was great.

I like the shape and thickness of this pasta. I usually don't get the name brand ...but somehow I tried this and this is what I like best. I make my macaroni and cheese with it...but I'm going to start making pasta salads as well.
