I bought this product magnesium 250 mg .a few months ago . I am very excited about it. I feel so much better since I have been taking it .
Do you believe in Vitamin D? Well Vit. D doesn't work without MAGNESIUM. We always take our Vitamin D and our Magnesium first thing in the morning - along with our other vitamins. Nature Made is a great brand.
Very satisfied with the tablets. Was not happy with the soft gels I wish you wouldn't have change the color. I had horrible stomach aches.
This is smaller and easier to swallow than other brands of magnesium. It doesn't break apart in your mouth.
(Backstory - I get BAAAAAD headaches. I see a massage therapist for it 2x a month. They've let up about 75% since I started, but I still get them). My LMT suggested that I start taking Magnesium to help with my headaches. This item was a better price at Jet than it was at my local blue supercenter, so I purchased it here. I take two every morning (the bottle says one per day). I haven't noticed a change yet, but it's only been a week or so. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
This is a good t product
I started taking this product a month ago and I'm so glad that I did because I deal with chronic pain and chronic insomnia daily. Since I started taking this within two weeks my pain is not as bad every day and I'm getting more sleep.
as you get older it becomes very important to do vitamin d and it helps it to be absorbed that's the reason I take it every day along with the vitamin d
I only use this small dose to supplement my main dose. When I need it I have to pick up the bottle to read the fine print on the back to make sure it is the correct thing. I cannot simply look at the front label (with large type) and identify which bottle to pick up. Walmart plasters a large, non-removable, shipping label on each bottle, completely covering the front text. Why not make the shipping label easy yo peal off?
The product description is misleading. It refers to Magnesium glycinate, but the actual pills are Magnesium oxide. These are used for different things, so I don't know if this product will work for me."
