Easy to Add to My Daily Routine
I've been taking these postnatal vitamins and like that they include DHA, iron, and other important nutrients in one supplement. The softgels are easy to take, and having a 60-day supply is convenient. A simple addition to my daily routine.

Postnatal Support
These vitamins have been my life saver. I was taking other ones at first and my Jaír began falling out. Since taking these my hair and skin have done a full 180. May cause nausea if you take on an empty stomach. Otherwise, these are the perfect prenatal support especially if breastfeeding!

I was skeptical about these vitamins at first it seems like it has all the same vitamins and the amounts as prenatals- which they don't! I noticed that my skin is glowing, my nails are growing, and my hair!!! I need to mention that I did not get night sweats with these vitamins.
