These vitamins have been my life saver. I was taking other ones at first and my Jaír began falling out. Since taking these my hair and skin have done a full 180. May cause nausea if you take on an empty stomach. Otherwise, these are the perfect prenatal support especially if breastfeeding!

I was skeptical about these vitamins at first it seems like it has all the same vitamins and the amounts as prenatals- which they don't! I noticed that my skin is glowing, my nails are growing, and my hair!!! I need to mention that I did not get night sweats with these vitamins.

I always use this brand of vitamin and it gives me the quick and mental alertness I need throught out the day.

I am currently on my third bottle. My only complaint is my last bottle had a very fishy smell. I thought it was a one off and purchased another thinking this would solve my problem, however I ran into the same issue. I'm not sure if they may have changed something but my first two bottles did not have the fish smell. I actually kept on with this brand because with other brands the fish oil was strong. If you don't mind the fish oil smell when you open the bottle or pop your vitamin in your mouth this is a great postnatal. I keep mine in the fridge now and it helps keep the smell to a minimum.
