The best multi- vitamin I've taken. Especially for anemia. I'm 74. Recommended by me doctor.

Great multivitamin
I've been on this prenatal for almost a year… seems to keep me looking younger and hair seems to be healthier. As far as helping with getting pregnant, I haven't had luck yet but I am using it more as a multivitamin for the Time being. One pill daily and it doesn't have any aftertaste or smell.
