Natures Bounty Melatonin 10 mg is amazing product. I am joyful to be able to taking these vitamins. They help me sleep so well. I take right before I am about to shut my eyes and boom I am asleep. I am not the one staying up anymore. It use to be that my husband hit the pillow and was out snoring before me. I was so jealous. Now he is jealous of me.

Great price me and my husband like to take melatonin to go to sleep at night. These are the strawberry flavored ones that dissolve quick and are easy to swallow for the price. This is a great deal and these are very effective and work very well. Highly recommend.

These get you to sleep quick and I suggest crushing them a little to get the effect quicker. I split them in half because 10 is way too much for me but is what my husband uses. I use these probably 1 or 2 times a week when I really need to rest or have the time to catch up on some sleep.

I take 10 mg of melatonin every night. I sometimes have a hard time shutting off my brain when I'm trying to sleep so I make sure to take this around half an hour before I plan on going to bed. Taking this has definitely improved my quality of sleep.
