This is a very helpful supplement. I use it only on nights when I can't get my mind to shut off and I know I need to get a good amount of sleep. I like how quickly the natures bounty 10 mg melatonin kick in. It is great and easy to take. I do wish it helped me to stay asleep all night, but I am happy at how quickly it helps me to fall asleep. I would definitely recommend to others who need a sleep aid that is not addictive.

I take 10 mg of melatonin every night. I sometimes have a hard time shutting off my brain when I'm trying to sleep so I make sure to take this around half an hour before I plan on going to bed. Taking this has definitely improved my quality of sleep.
