I read the reviews on this product and because I have tried all kinds of products for the pain in my knees I decided to give it a try. Most people were saying 5 days they noticed a difference me it took about a week and a half. So it does work I guess it depends on how bad of a problem you have for how long it will take to feel it working. I will stay on it as long as its working.
