Item was delivered with excellent timing looked like the picture except one pillow was halfway flat, while the other was FLAT. Unsure if time would allow fluffing but it has been two days. I don't know what i paid for but it wasn't PILLOWS

These did ship quickly, that was the only positive. They come vacuum sealed, so they're super flat. I gave them a few days to puff back up. Even still, they don't hold their shape because the filler materials are lacking. They don't give any support at all. You can tell by the pillows fabric that these are absolutely knockoffs and not at all what they're showing in the advertising pictures. Do not waste your money

Tested one pillow out for not even 5 minutes and it was a no go for my neck issues. Did the return procedure, said I had until the end of April to drop off in store for refund...store could not find item in their return system to refund item even with my proof. I contacted seller got an automated response saying I would hear back from them within 2 days. That was over a week ago and yet still no response back from seller. Would not recommend this seller or pillow to anyone. Unresponsive and unreliable.
