These pillows support my neck very well, they are not too high nor too low. You can actually adjust it. I don't wake up in the middle of the night with discomfort anymore. Also, it won't flatten the back of your head or your kids' head. Everyone in my family got this pillow now. They don't go flat while you sleep. For those who say this pillow is flat, all you have to do is fluff it as soon as you take it out of the package. Just gently massage the pillows from the sides and be careful of the stitches in the middle or they will come undone. The zipper on the side will let you put more or less fuzz inside. I am very happy with these pillows, they are reasonably priced and the shipping is fast, only a few days. They came in brand new, definitely not knockoffs, nor previously used. I will definitely buy more of these!

I received my new pillows today and I am in love. I have been in search for a good support yet very thin and comfortable and I certainly found it with these two pillows. I would highly recommend them and I'm gonna order some for my family. Thank you very much.

For a pillow, yes, it is nice, okay for the average person. However, I was ordering a pillow specifically to help soften TMJ symptoms. (Temporomandibular joint.) I saw the center indent and assumed it would create a hole I could lay my left ear into, alleviating any pressure on it, overnight. The firm support simply isn't there. When I lay on my left side of my face, the next day, the jaw joint hurts and may even, pop. The pillows were vacuum packed tightly and was certainly packaged securely. Nice job on shipping and the box arrived quickly. When the seal was removed the pillow didn't inflate by that much though. I am not giving a "bad" rating (well, 3 out of 5 stars for "firmness" and "support," because these are really nice pillows for the typical sleeper or young ones, just not going to be that helpful for TMJ support. The indentation in the center of the pillow led me to believe this pillow would be firmer and deeper in the center. I am sure it will work well for the average person who doesn't have any special sleep needs.

Item was delivered with excellent timing looked like the picture except one pillow was halfway flat, while the other was FLAT. Unsure if time would allow fluffing but it has been two days. I don't know what i paid for but it wasn't PILLOWS

These did ship quickly, that was the only positive. They come vacuum sealed, so they're super flat. I gave them a few days to puff back up. Even still, they don't hold their shape because the filler materials are lacking. They don't give any support at all. You can tell by the pillows fabric that these are absolutely knockoffs and not at all what they're showing in the advertising pictures. Do not waste your money

No firmness at all, no support given when used, do not buy this product just spend a little more to get something that will actually give support. And by adjustable they mean you can literally fold it anyway you want 😆 and even that did not help. Having trouble loading photos.

Tested one pillow out for not even 5 minutes and it was a no go for my neck issues. Did the return procedure, said I had until the end of April to drop off in store for refund...store could not find item in their return system to refund item even with my proof. I contacted seller got an automated response saying I would hear back from them within 2 days. That was over a week ago and yet still no response back from seller. Would not recommend this seller or pillow to anyone. Unresponsive and unreliable.

these pillows oh my gosh. they look Imagine getting a handful of cotton balls and trying to lay on them. DOES NOT give neck any support! Actually makes your neck and back of head hurt!! I have chronic headaches and neck pain. These did not help at all! PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!
