This stuff works surprisingly well at breaking down stubborn makeup. Even with waterproof mascara, it comes off easily without needing to scrub or tug at my lashes. The formula feels gentle and doesn't leave an oily or greasy residue on my skin. I also like that the bottle is simple to use and dispenses just the right amount of product onto a cotton pad. Overall, it's an effective and gentle remover that makes taking off eye makeup quick and hassle-free.

I have tried premium brands and always return to Neutrogena eye makeup remover. The oil-free product feels clean and it works so well - even with waterproof mascara. Just shake it to mix the ingredients for the perfect concentration. It has no scent, which is great for us sensitive skin girlies. 10/10

This is the best product I have ever used to remove eye makeup. It removes all traces of mascara, eyeliner and eyeshadow very quickly. Just use a cotton ball to apply the remover to your face an voila - makeup is gone. This works way better than the Neutrogena makeup removing wipes. And the best part is that it is a great value since a little bit goes a long way to get the job done quickly. It is non-greasy and does not irritate the sensitive skin around your eyes.

I use waterproof mascara because my eyes water. It is a giant pain to remove the end of the day. This remover is the only thing that works for me. I have tried store brands other drugstore makeup brands micelar water, etc. It is light and non-greasy. I just wish it had a flip top lid with a small hole in it so I could squirt it onto a cotton pad.

This is my 3rd repurchase and I honestly will never go back. I would always struggle to take off my waterproof mascara, but with this it takes it off at an instant. It is a bit oily so i recommended that you just use some water right after. Other than that it's amazing

Non greasy, non drying. Works for easy removal of all types of eye makeup. Your mascara and eyeshadow will wipe off easily with a little bit of this on a cotton ball. Thick mascara takes a little bit more; but it won't dry your lids or leave them greasy. Removes brow pencil easily as well.

I don't currently use this product, but I did use it for a while. I used cotton pads with this product to remove my eye makeup. It does a great job of removing all types of eye makeup completely with no redness or irritation. The only thing I didn't love was feeling a bit of oiliness afterwards even though the product is oil free. However, this was was easily fixed with cleansing after use.

Even though this product is oil free, it does have an oily texture and feel to it. Not necessarily a bad thing depending on your preferences, but it does a great job of removing makeup, especially Waterproof mascara. When I wear a full face and need a strong makeup remover this is my go to

I always use this product to remove eye makeup. It is fabulous, and easily removes mascara, etc. The only issue I had was that I thought that the larger size that was available on line was the same as the large size sold in stores. I should've read the details better, but when I saw the 2 sizes offered I automatically thought it would be large

Another Neutrogena makeup remover that burned and dried my skin. The alcohol-free version is no different. It hurt so much that I threw them in the garbage. The formula was not effective at removing waterproof makeup and I had to use more than one sheet to remove my waterproof mascara only to still find excess residue. Since I threw this product out, I posted another product that is not perfect but at least it doesn't burn my eyes and dry my skin.
