Gold/Yellow ribbon
A spark shopper decided to message me saying the 1 1/2” GOLD ribbon wasn't in stock and asked could they substitute it for 1 1/2” YELLOW ribbon instead and provided. I said yes you can…thinking what a great shopper I have. They delivered 1/4” yellow ribbon….How they confuse a whole inch and half with the wideness of its width (one of the widest) to that tiny sliver of a width (one of the narrowest)? She even sent me a picture of the 1 1/2” yellow ribbon she was substituting instead of the gold I preferred…see attached picture. She either straight up lied or don't know the difference in size even though the size is unmistakably different side by side.
