I don't typically by name brand anything but do have PTSD and have been having a lot of stress over the last year. With some life events that happened that grew me for loop. I was on a work trip for 3 days. That was going to be rather intense. And I didn't want to be busting out crying over normal daily stresses. Oh, no because of the stress, I was under how my life's kind of gone on his head. Am I a pre-existing PTSD? So, when I saw these when I was getting stuff on my trip, I thought, why not try them? Well, can I hurt these things are fantastic. They do not make you drowsy. They don't make you feel like you're not yourself. They just smooth the edges down just enough.They fill a little bit more functional

I struggle with generalized anxiety and lately it has been rough. Specifically I have been waking up abruptly out of sleep in the morning with this intense feel of dread and then anxiety going into the day. I do take a daily anti anxiety med but it wasn't cutting it. I started to take these at night before I go to bed.. GONE. It took me a few days to realize because I didn't start them specifically for that issue. I had taken L theanine nightly in the past and hadn't noticed much of a difference. The GABA and L theanine are truly a perfect match.

This product is to reduce stress.Caution is advised to begin with just 1 and not 2.Olly is a great product.It was not for me.It caused me to be hyper not relaxed.Try 1 first.Happy less stress

Love the travel pack to quickly put in purse, luggage and even car console. I wish more olly flavors/specialty gummies were available in travel size at walmart for not only travel size but to actually use as trial size.

I didn’t take these to help with sleep but I napped so good after taking it and afterwards felt so much better and definitely less stressed out.

This product does work, however, I discovered when I missed a dose, I got a terrible headache with shakiness. I didn't realize that many people have adverse effects when they stop taking Gaba. Its been three days now and still having issues. They really should state this on the bottle.
