Having trouble getting to sleep so I tried this. This was not my first buy of sleep gummies. I tried several others, gave them all a month, with no success. Read the reviews so gave them a try! I am a broken sleeper. I spoke to my PCP and she suggested I try Olly (she uses them). I was skeptical because nothing seems to work. I was amazed at how fast they kick in, which has been around 10 minutes, I take the suggested 2 gummies. The flavor is pleasant. I do sleep a bit longer without uninterrupted sleep. Before taking Olly I would wake every hour to two hours and get an average of about 5 hours a night. I have been able to sleep with about maybe one or two interruptions.

I used these for awhile to make sure I gave them a fair chance. I didn't feel like they really helped get me to sleep. I've had issues with other products not working on me either, so I thought the issue was probably just me. I then found another brand, and it works really well. This might be effective for some people, but it definitely wasn't for me.

At the beginning of taking these daily the flavor feels fresh, but once you start getting near the end the bottle gummies loose some texture and they don't taste as good.

i have a hard time falling asleep unfortunately this product does not help me sleep at all. if you have a low tolerance for melatonin it would be good. but i do not due to injuries. also has a VERY sour taste.

This product works but is very powerful. I took the recommended dose and was so hung over the next morning it was miserable. I cut the dose in half but was still very groggy in the morning. It takes hours to feel normal after waking up wee hen taking these. I don' care for that feeling at all.
