It is designed for people more than 80 pounds and 16 years of age or older. It is comfortable and has good flotation when inflated. It is important to keep in mind that you will not float wearing this without inflating it. It has nice clips to keep it around you for a secure fit. The size is perfect for keeping on the boat for extra passengers without adding a lot of bulk to the small storage spaces on the boat. I highly recommend to keep you safe on open water.
