I have not had a chance to use them yet, I'm not sure if they work properly or not, however I recommend that others would get protection of this sort especially at this price

For the price these are good jackets to have on your boat. I have a pontoon that can have 12 people on it. To be legal you need a jacket for everyone on the boat.

These life jackets are only good for passing a safety inspection. I won't ever be using one, as they don't fit a larger neck. I tried one on and it seemed more like a child's size. I double checked the size and it is marked adult size. I ended up buying another life jacket that fit better. This is one of those things that you get what you pay for.

I bought the double pack for myself and my eldest son. He is a tall pre-teen. They fit smaller and bulkier than expected. We are using these life vest for kayaking. They don't necessarily inhibit my range of motion while rowing but a slim vest style would be better suited for my needs. However because their visible bright orange color and their buoyant nature they while be perfect to strap the extra gear too. I switched mine out and used it as cushion for the hard plastic seat. So over all I'm happy with the purchase.
