Amazing for pasta
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Used this to make vodka rigatoni and it gave the pasta such a rich color and flavor profile. It's bright, easy to cook down and finding the right amount for a dish is easy.

you need this
yummy addition to braises or slow cooks or even rice just squeeze a tablespoon in to elevate flavor. I like this over other brands because the flavor is slightly bolder and the shelf life is longer.

So handy when you only need a small amount.
I love having this in my fridge - I always hated to opened a can of tomato paste when I only need a Tablespoon or 2. This tube is made just for that reason - highly recommend.

Has a 2nd generation Italian American, who has been cooking up dishes for 50 plus years, this is an excellent tomato paste. Full of flavor. Adds so much to many of my dishes. Excellent quality.
