This was SO good that I immediately turned around and bought three more bags just to keep on hand. Besties, please don't let this sell out. I am begging. Hot tip: Grill your chicken and naan first, then bring a stainless steel pan out to the grill to simmer the sauce with the chicken. THIS IS THE YUMMIEST BUTTER CHICKEN SAUCE I HAVE EVER TRIED. I have been looking for a sauce like for this months as my favorite dish is saffron butter chicken. When I first tasted this I wasn't sure what to make of it. It was a very different taste. My roommate, who is a very picky eater, had some (shocker! He normally won't try anything new, esp. I love Indian food, especially when it carries a nice kick. This pre-fab butter chicken is OK, if you don't like it spicy. It makes a nice snack, or light lunch. You provide the meat. The flavors are tasty, though unexciting , portions are small, but as package dinners go, not bad at all.

Not a fan. Very strong tamarand flavor. Even adding cream and serving on boiled potatoes didn't mellow it enough for me. Sort of a dill pickle like flavor. Easy to prepare and coats 2 large chicken breasts cubed up. Just a bit too sour for me but this was my first experience w Indian flavors

I love Indian food but this simmer sauce is off to me. I can't put my finger on it but I definitely will not get it again. I do not intentionally get 3-4 different butter chicken simmer sauces. I've previously only had Indian in the restaurant or from a jar or individual frozen meals.

The sauce had a very strong tomato taste, resembling tomato soup rather than a butter sauce. The Indian spices were very subtle; we prefer them to be more flavorful. The taste and quality were great, but we will not be purchasing again due to our preferences.

This was awful. Tasted more like pasta sauce than it did butter chicken. I added so much to try and compensate for the lack of Indian spices and there was still something very very wrong about this that I was not able to put my finger on. Threw the second bag in the trash unopened. Horrible.
