Boosted electrolytes
I gave it 5 stars because even though you see that it has electrolytes, you don't think it really works. My mom had gotten weak and dehydrated, so I ordered her a few online. Though I don't know if it made her feel more energized, when she went to the hospital, they said her electrolytes were too high and had to bring them down. I'll do the same review for the second one I got her, and I'll try them myself for a review.

My mother is elderly and it's often hard to get her to drink much. I buy this to help keep our hydrated and she seems to prefer this flavor better than others. I've tried the generic brands and she doesn't like them as well.

I wasn't expecting such a great taste but it tastes really good! I do recommend this product, to replenish your electrolytes.

rehydration is not just for bad tummy issues. some days you just need a little something. i drink a bit on laundry days, shopping days, etcetera. when in doubt, pedialite in.
