good flavor, not exactly like the bottle.
love the flavor. doesn't work quite like a bottle of it. but does the job especially with a couple bottles of water.

Hydration Nation- two big thumbs up
These hydrate just as well w half a packet in a 16 fl oz water bottle and for those extreme days working hard under the heat, 1 whole packet at the end of a shift is as great as 2 32oz Gatorades most times. a lil expensive but good for when I don't have that Liquid IV money
