Love this electrolyte drink mix. Had a gastric bypass 27 years ago, so I don't absorb vitamins, minerals, or micronutrients well. And although I drink only water religiously, I was always dehydrated. Then I tried the Pedialyte Advanced Care and I was shocked and elated at how well it works. I love the Strawberry Freeze and the Berry Frost flavors! Now I drink the Pedialyte religiously, and I am well-hydrated and feel quite a bit better. Thanks Pedialyte!

Hydration Nation- two big thumbs up
These hydrate just as well w half a packet in a 16 fl oz water bottle and for those extreme days working hard under the heat, 1 whole packet at the end of a shift is as great as 2 32oz Gatorades most times. a lil expensive but good for when I don't have that Liquid IV money

Convenient but not as great flavor as the liquid
Convenient but not as great flavor as the liquid version. It was more of a bitter flavor where the liquid version you can drink down with no problem. Not sure why the powder version is so different tasting then the liquid.
