Love the gel but truly dislike the senseless new ‘child proof' cap. I'm puzzled why you would make it harder to use (remove the cap) for those of us with arthritis. It seems one of your target customers are arthritis sufferers. Please go back to the simple unscrew cap. This falls under the category of ‘if it ain't broke … don't fix it.'

Been using this bran for nine years now. No odor ..no burning but it definitely brings inflammation down quite bit if you follow the simple directions of use. And you can use a heating along with it if needed. It's all safe.

I have been using the Penetrex creams for some time and when I saw this roll-on I had to try it. The application is smooth and not messy, and I get the same results as applying the cream by hand. The plus side of the roll-on is that you can use it anytime when you are traveling.

This roll on pain relief is excellent and easy to use! The relief it provides lasts for hours!! unlike aspercreme and other, The Penetrex roll on really works, worth it even though it is expensive. I will buy it again and recommend.

Seems to be helping with the arthritic pain in both my left thumb joint and base of thumb, as well as in my hand above my left thumb from holding my Tablet for prolonged usage. Extremely non-messy in application. Cruelty free.

This item was totally filthy! The box it came in and the product itself. I can't believe you sold this to me! The only reason I am keeping it is because I need some relief! The applicator is clean, not dirty like the rest of the bottle and box. This is not how you should do any kind of business. I have worked retail my whole life, you do not sell something this dirty. Put it in damages, not on the floor to sell!
