Bought it as part of the school supply. Variety of colors available, does not have to worry about tearing, holds quite a bit of papers. Very flexible but does the job. Good purchase.

This is an amazing value. School supplies are subject to increasing prices as everything else. These Poly Folders have 3 prongs for filler paper, 2 pockets for handouts, presentations,etc. Durable and water resistant. An array of colors. 50 cents each, wow!! . I'm filling backpacks with school supplies for donations. Don't pass these up.. WORTH NOTING, I was able to fill all 8 (Wonder Nation backpacks $4.97) with all these supplies (Pen Gear brand) ordered online (I think it is less $$$ than buying in-store) for $110.00, that's under $14.00 a piece including the backpacks! I did divide the pencils, pens, glue sticks, highlighters and erasers up between the 8. A lot of items were under $1.00, and some 50 cents or below!! Okay, all the hard work has been done for you, now GET SHOPPING!!!

Pen gear is a good choice last long for school kids as long as they're not man handling them, for documents to hold paper in place the pockets keep them secure inside as you place them correctly inside. Just the color we needed for school and last the whole school year without falling apart! Could get multiple years out of them. I only have to buy a new one every year because my child won't stop writing on them!

As a teacher and older sibling, plastic folders will ALWAYS be my preference as they tend to last way longer than paper folders with students. They're also stay looking neater longer as well!

These pocket folders are tough and not cheap-feeling at all. I don't see them cracking at the seam from frequent use by the kids. I purchased these folders for a back-to-school party. Everyone received them well.

This folder does its job and does it well. The poly material feels solid and holds up without bending or cracking. Three prongs keep pages locked in place and the two pockets give you extra storage for loose papers. At this price point the value is hard to beat. A dependable everyday folder that does not overcomplicate things.

I currently have 4 kids and I feel like there is no such thing as to many folders. Although only 2 of my kids are currently in school, my other children still use these to store their "art work" and pictures they have colored. In the years my kids have attended school, I've come to learn that the paper folders never hold up very well. These folders are made of poly, so they are extremely durable. The material these folders are made of also make them water resistant, which is great because I've had my child's water bottles leak in the past, and it helped protect their papers from getting damaged. These folders come with both prongs to store papers and also 2 pockets. This pack comes with 10 folders to the pack and the folders come in a wide variety of colors (2 blue, 2 red, 2 yellow, 2 aqua/light blue, 1 purple and 1 pink). I love the endless uses these can be used for. My kids use them to school papers, pictures they have colored or just to have a safe place to put notes that me and their teachers exchange. Me and my husband use them to store important documents, tax forms, owners manuals and even to store local menus for restaurants. There are so many uses for these folders. Overall, I am completely satisfied with these folders and I would definitely recommend them to others.

The external folder had a nice thickness and seemed durable. However, the fasteners on the inside did not align with any pre-holed paper. Due to the misalignment, I give this product 2 stars.
