I was tired of protein shakes and protein bars for breakfast. I have tried other high protein cereals and not been a fan. Premier Protein's Mixed Berry Almond cereal is a winner. it's sweet enough but not too sweet and is crunchy and doesn't get super soggy in milk. I will definitely be purchasing this again.
This is an excellent high protein cereal option for those health conscious needing a little sweet treat. It's great on its own but I especially like it with oat milk. I was excited to see they had other flavors so I ordered more. Price is a little high but healthier food tends to be that way. Give it a try!
Is the great products a lot of protein keeps you full it's delicious it's got a lot of crunch a lot of protein and it is healthy for you than regular cereal I highly recommend it the only reason I didn't give it a five is that it's a little more expensive than it should be but other than that it was absolutely delicious
The low reviews must be from sugar-addicted people, personally the taste is great considering the macros. Combine with zero-sugar greek yogurt, 1/4-1/2 scoop of whey, and its a low calorie, high protein breakfast. It is very crunchy, which I like, but if you don't then let it soak in the milk/yogurt for a few minutes, its not rocket-science, people.
I'm trying to gain weight after having transplant surgery. This cereal is high in protein and adding Fair Life milk means that I'm meeting my protein goal per meal. Tastes good and has the dehydrated strawberries in it. The flakes and almonds are good and crunchy. Will definitely purchase again.
I like this cereal. I eat this every day. Sometimes twice, mostly for the protein boost. I would not eat this by itself. It needs milk or yogurt to balance out the strange crunch/texture. I'm not saying it's bad it's just different and takes some getting used to.
I like Kashi brand products, and I like this cereal as a snack. It's healthy and tastes good. Great crunch. There's not a lot of berry filling, and the filling varies widely, from barely any to “yeah, I can taste it.” I'd buy it again because it's healthy and satisfies my crunch craving. It would taste better if there was more berry filling.
I was excited to try Post Premier Protein Mixed Berry Almond Cereal, but sadly it was a letdown. For the price, I expected something tasty, but the flakes were hard and sharp, with a texture that felt more like cardboard than cereal. There's a faint hint of strawberry and almond, but not enough to make up for the overall flavor (or lack of it). I wanted to love this, but it just didn't work for me.
This was the absolute worst cereal we've ever had. we have had other protein cereals and we had high hopes being as this brand has great pancake mix that we love. The flakes literally tasted like paper or cardboard, that's what we felt like we were eating.
I got this cereal because of the protein content. The first time I tried to eat it, I had to let it set in the milk until it got soft enough to chew. It's very tough! Since then, I heat it in the microwave to speed up the process. It tastes OK, but I won't buy it again.
