I love this brand, and was expecting the same excellent quality I was used to. Unfortunately, that's not what I got. While the color was a great match for my brows, the marker portion was completely dry and lacked pigment.

The pen was almost dry, having to press down to release the color and that should not be. The brow pencil was another color altogether, not matching each other. Thought I'd give it a go since it was so cheap, but be warned, don't waste your time or money! I'd give zero stars if I could.

if youre a brow gel girly like i am, this is not gonna work. it makes my eyebros thick and darker than normal. its the correct shade for me, just application is trash. might be user error as i dont use pencils anymore but i hate it.

The taupe pomade was not taupe but almost skin color with some orange. The pen was nothing. No color, no moisture, no anything. Totally dried out. I bought it Dec 30 and will be returning On Jan 2. It was a total failure in all ways.

Product did not come out on brush at all, and color of pencil was not taupe as described, more of a peachy beige tone.
