DELICIOUS AND HEARTY. PERFECT FOR LUNCH OR A DINNER.

This soup is not full of onion or garlic and would be suitable for children and for myself.. I am older and have to be careful. There is a little ham in it with a smoky flavor, but I would not depend on the ham for protein- you could add pieces of turkey hotdog or anything not too salty- to make it more of a meal. It is one of the progressive flavors that I always want to have on hand hand. There are a few that are gluten-free and not too high in sodium

This is a very good canned split pea soup-better than the other name brand:) Nice smoky taste, thick and rich- but I do always add more leftover ham to mine.

I love Progresso Soups however hard to find my type in store so I ordered on line. Very Disappointed. The cans were just dumped into a big box with what I would guess the original shipping box, 75% of cans were dented and one Lentil was busted open. Not blaming Walmart since they are now individually wrapping cans unless it is a case.

I'm very disappointed in Progresso. They have started to use genetically modified ingredients in SOME of their soups. Green pea with ham (one of my personal favorites) is one of them. However, on the Walmart website the pictures shown do NOT include the new label (I'm sure the pictures will be updated at some point as the change is quite recent). The use of genetically modified ingredients/organisms may not be of concern to you at this time, but it should be. I hope shoppers will do their own research and make their own decisions about whether this change in ingredients is acceptable to them.

its very thin, watery. Not what i expect for Split pea soup

couldn't even get it open‼️ can't believe it was on shelf for sale OR did delivery boy do it as he dropped order in driveway ‼️

Can badly dented

It's puréed beyond recognition. The only thing that holds shape are the potatoes which there are many they should be called potato soup doesn't have a good flavor and is the consistency of puréed baby food. It's so mushed up and the more you start while you're heating it the worse it becomes.

I ordered the 4-pack of split pea soup. What a disaster. One of the cans opened, somehow, and now there's green pea soup all over everything in the box. I've had similar problems many times ordering from walmart.com.
