I've been subscribing to Proper Good for the past 3 months. While most of what I've tried is good, it's the Thai Red Curry Soup that I look forward to the most. A little kick without being too spicy, as well as a quick and easy lunch. Perfect this time of year!

The flavor and ingredients get max number of stars. i became vegetarian last year, with 3 rules: it has to be cheap, healthy, and taste delicious. this soup is now one of the few things that fit these categories. ive found that Indian and thai both have recipes where I do not miss the meat at all- they make it easy to eat healthier, for me. love adding a new food to my rotation! creamy with touch of spice/not too much. good serving size for lunch/snack. didn't need crackers or to add anything, personally, but salt (that i add to everything)

Mixed it with spinach, water- chestnuts and chicken to make a delicious meal served over rice. So easy. Tasted like I spent hours. Perfect for week nights.

This is far and away my favorite. I zhuzh it up by adding either coconut jasmine rice or shredded chicken or both. I always have at least 2 packages in my cupboard since trying it.

Love how you can cook %26 eat it in. The bag. Once cooked I just drop my mini club crackers in it as I go and no dirty dishes. So cool/nice…. And so many varieties to choose from really helps out too. Great product. Quick, easy, efficient…

This soup has quite an accurate flavor, but it is very mild. I like that it has some ingredients in it, but it is also quite watery. I would like to see it have a stronger curry flavor and maybe have it be a little thicker. Nevertheless, I think it is pleasant.

Flavor was decent. Very filling. Needed a bit more spice and flavor. If you don't like spice, this is a good easy meal ! I love thai food, so it wasn't spicy enough for me, but overall decent!

i went to eat this for lunch at work one day and the moment i opened it people started commenting on how bad it smelt. i heated it up and tried it anyways and had to spit it out it was so bad. i most of the proper good food are edible, not amazing not bad just edible this one is not edible please to not buy it

Tried to get a replacement due to the soup having a hole in the top and being inflated like it was exposed to bacteria. They wanted me to send it back to the store. I had already thrown it away since it was leaking. If you want soul in a box, sure. Don't be stupid.
