I found these great bars about 6 months ago and love them. High protein and a little fiber. They help keep me filled up and accomplish my nutrition goals. Only 11 carbs so breakfast is so easy for on the go and staying in my carb limits. The strawberries and cream has a great taste.

These are so good, with only 1 gram of Carb they are perfect for those of us who are trying to cut carbs. They taste delicious and their dense strawberry flavor really curbs the craving for sweets. That being said, they're not too sweet, just enough.

Tasty and inexpensive in the 10 pack box. These are half the size of my favorite bars (Quest Hero) but also 1/4 the cost. These don't spike blood sugar at all! My "go to" sweet snack or quick meal replacement. Also check out the Quest Hero Blueberry Cobbler!

Kicks the need for a sweet treat. Great with tea or coffee as a dessert. Fast pre breakfast because sometimes I wake up starving. And a life saver to keep in the car for trips. Probly can't tell you how often these kept me from swinging into drive through. I mean 90 calories!? Come on. And a great strawberry taste

I absolutely love these bars! They are low in sugar and great to snack on. I hope they aren't changing them because I have a box that says keto friendly and they taste nothing like the first boxes of these that I bought. The ones that say keto-friendly tastes completely different and are really gross. I hope they are two separate products because if they've changed the flavor then I would need to change it to one star

There are VERY few 10g protein bars that are low calorie. This is the perfect choice when I am looking for protein, but don't want to use up all my calorie tracking on one snack.

What a difference 80 extra calories can make in the flavor. The white chocolate icing tastes good, but the bar as a whole, is lacking flavor and sweetness. If you're used to the weird taste of protein bars and eating less sugar, you might like it. I can taste the iron in it, though it says it contains only 4% DV. I still feel hungry after eating one. It is smaller than its competitive counterpart. The flavor is almost right. In this case less isn't more.

This has to be the absolute worst protein bar flavor I’ve ever tried. Had to hold my nose to eat it.

Strawberry Cream... Just shy of dry chalky cardboard!! Save your money buy something else, this is nasty!
