I love this brand and I always keep a couple of them in stock at my house. I really recommend this brand over others. I've tried a few different kinds but this one just hits different.
Comforting Delicious Italian Soup from Heaven. I grate fresh Pecorino Parmesan on top and just can't wait to devour this . I eat the whole jar by myself and the onky drawback is that My 15 year old Chihuahua loves the taste of the chicken and the creamy soup that he sits and cries until I give him his sample. The taste is so unlike any commercial soup that I have ever bought. I am addicted to the Raos entire brand from all of the Pasta Sauces to their Imported Pasta. I stopped making Marinara Sauce from Scratch because Raos Marinara in a jar tastes better. EXCELLENT 👍👍
my husband was so happy when I made it for his lunch! WE WILL BE ALWAYS HAVING THIS IN OUR HOME, THANK YOU!
Bummer. Unique soup made by an incredible brand meant it took me over two months to get some because it's always sold out. I was so stoked! I warmed it up, took a taste and then.....nothing. It was like if chicken, gnocci, carrots, onions, celery, kale (I think?) was all boiled in water and then jarred. The flavor was bewildering. It was like the essence of what it should taste like. I didn't detect a pinch of salt or any seasoning. The gnocci were small and had the texture of thick glue. No flavor. I ended up turning it into a really yummy curry soup.
When I received my box and picked it up, it was soaking wet.. I opened it up and found one of the glass jars smashed to bits.. Only one of the glass jars was whole and usable.. All of the Ingredients were All over in side the box. So now do I get a refund for one of the glass jars?
This tasted like mold or dirt. I had to dig the jar out of the recycling to double check if it should have been refrigerated and not put in the pantry when I got it home. (It said refrigerate after opening, so it wasn't the storage method that made it rotten.) I had much higher expectations for this soup, but it tasted like a gross, canned soup? It had that same bitter taste that Progresso and Campbell's have and it smelled like canned dog food. Except for having chicken and gnocci visibly in the soup, I would never have guessed that's what Rao's was trying to emulate. Gag.
Completely disgusted with this soup… didn't taste like chicken even for starters… only discernible taste was origami and carrots… 2nd issue, this bottle is $4 and is a small bottle not much bigger than a bottle of gravy so you for SURE do not get your money's worth.. Thankfully it was disgusting and more wasn't needed since I dumped it out and made something different! never again will I buy this brand.
This was terrible soup. The “flavor” was non-existent and the texture was like congealed potatoes with bits of carrots and small lumps of gnocchi and chicken. The only flavor that came through was oil. I expected better with the “Raos” brand and high price. Do not buy this hoping for something like Olive Gardens soup because you will be highly disappointed.
Honestly had high hopes for this soup. Big let down. I don't usually do reviews but this soup was that bad. It taste like soil. I had one spoon and couldn't swallow it. Do not recommend
overcooked bland. Didn't like the spices. Certainly not Olive Garden. Will not purchase again. Disappointed ☹️
