(2 pack) Rao’s Made for Home Vegetable Minestrone Soup, 16 oz

This is my go to brand for soups. I much prefer a glass jar over a can. Very simple ingredients and nothing weird that I cannot pronounce. A very good serving of vegetables and beans. I like that the entire jar has 10% of the recommended daily value of iron. Something that I don't get enough in my diet. The only thing I don't like about the soup is that there is a lot of sodium. I like to have these on hands for days that I don't have time to make a lunch.

The product was very good and I would recommend it to anyone. The seal was broken on one of the jars and the cover opened when removing from bag. We lost some of the soup in the bag. How this happened I just don't know. The covers are usually fairly hard to open.

Raos vegtable minestrone soup is a wonderful chunky soup. It may cost a little more than canned soup but it's well worth it. Sometimes if I have leftover baked or boiled potatoes I will add them to the soup. I will also add a little shredded mozzarella cheese. Also add some buttered Italian or garlic bread it makes a wonderful meal.

Absolutely love this soup! Hands down my personal favorite. I bought 14 jars ( mix of a few different flavors)

I buy this to add to my homemade minestrone, along with a can of Campbell's vegetable soup, family LOVES it. Would definitely be good eaten alone as well. Very high quaintly and delicious soup! I just love using it as a soup base.

I would give this more stars if i could! My brother recommended it to me and I was not disappointed, it was even better than he described. I can honestly say its the best minestrone soup I have ever had

I love this minestrone soup. So tasty and filling. Goes great with a sandwich!!

Tastes pretty good. But you don't get much …. I can see it being a one serving jar of soup (if that's all you ate). Kids or older adults (seniors) could share this jar.

I'd recommend this only with the caveat that you expect the contents to be mushy. The flavor is OK. Like all of their soups, it needs salt. It's jarred soup and it tastes like it.

Wish I had added crumbed sausage. My tastebuds detected zero seasoning. I have no idea why people found this soup to have a balance of ingredients. My jar contained 3 kidneys beans, a 2” green bean and several garbanzo beans. Pasta was the only plentiful ingredient. Maybe it's the luck of the draw - each jar varies on amount of ingredients. I purchased two jars but will be giving the second one to my neighbor - maybe she'll hit the jackpot with more than a lot of pasta in her jar.
