good quality charger and batteries. I especially like the charger, it's well built and shows charging status intuitively. We thought our old Arlo pro battery was dead, because it couldn't be charged by original cord. After we put the old battery in this new charger, we were able to charge it back to 100%.

I got this item couple of days late but they keep updating about that so it's very nice . For some reason it didn't work out for me. It was very easy to return and they refund right away after they got return instruction . So easy and sleek .

The batteries are not marked Arlo but they charged properly and are working in the device that I thought might need replacing.

Batteries showed up on time and upon visual inspection, they appear to be similar. However after charging them and putting them in the Arlo cameras, they will not work. Strange thing is they will not even allow the cameras to work while plugged in. I had to remove the batteries, put the old Arlo batteries back, and plug them in to make the cameras work
