Good reasonable brow pencil.
Have used this Revlon ColorStay Brow Pencil for several years now. Works for eyeliner as well. Nice shade of dark brown for me. The only problem I have had is the color stick seems to loose it's grip toward the end %26 comes out %26 won't stay in after that.

Great product
I've tried lots of brow pencils. So far the Revlon ColorStay Brow pencil has worked out the best for me.

Disappointed
The pencil is suppose to be brown but is really black, it smudges . I am not pleased with it at all.
