its effective and affordable . i love this make up remover, its gentle yet gets the job done! i wear waterproof mascara and eyeliner and it did a great job on taking it all off, definitely recommend trying this out! each thier own, everyone has thier likes and dislikes and this is just one of my likes.

No oily residue. No eye irritation. No heavy scent. Just effective makeup removal. I go out of my way to find it.

My favorite eye makeup remover!
This is my favorite eye makeup remover! The only negative I have about it is that it has become difficult to find n many Walmarts. Thank goodness they ship! I’m stocking up in case I can’t get it online.

Not for sensitive eyes
Bought this because Maybelline discontinued eye experts eye makeup remover. It feels ok, not great but it burned my eyes too much to use it.

Worst Eyeliner I Have Ever (ATTEMPTED TO) Use
Bought a few days ago. The worst eyeliner I have ever used. Not waterproof in the slightest. Extremely unusable in the first place. Already dry from the moment I opened it. Not to mention you cannot accurately even apply eyeliner with this product. What a waste of money. I would have had better results buying DOLLAR STORE eyeliner! (So absolutely scummy and sad)

Junk
This stuff sucks. If I could give it 0 stars I would. Does not remove waterproof mascara at all. Spend the extra 20 cents and get the Equate brand (I should’ve just stuck with that but wanted to try something new). This is going in the garbage and I’m never buying it again. Waste of my hard earned money. Booooo, two thumbs down!

New bottle not same as last one!
Bought two more. because was so please with this non oily makeup remover...new stuff a tually burns my eyes! No idea what changed!
