I am ordering my second bottle. I have definitely notice a difference with my hair and nail growth, the taste is minty. Sometimes it's a bit fishy when I burp but not that bad more minty than fishy for me. I may do another review if I see other benefits after the second bottle.

I've been taking these Ritual vitamins for awhile now. I like how they have a bit of mint flavor when taking them, and I feel the ingredients are a more tailored fit for women.

Love these. They leave a minty after taste. I'd recommend eating with them…When I didn't I felt nauseous. Great overall

I am unsure about this product. I wanted to like it but I think it contributed to my face breaking out. I have stopped it for now, will try it one more time.

These vitamins make you burp, and it tastes like fish. The ingredients and a search dont show any fish oil as an ingredient. I have over half a bottle left but I wont be finishing them, It's that bad.
