I wonder why they put taste as one of the star items. If you swallow it, it has no taste. I wouldn't chew it. Like most of these things I think it's outrageously expensive. But if it works, I guess it's worth the money. So far, it seems to get things working. Had a terrible problem. I won't go in the details because you really don't wanna know. But it did seem to help. It's always hard to tell because you don't know if your body naturally solve the problem or if it was because of this. Of all the different options out there I'd recommend it. Give it a try. You've got nothing to lose. Well one thing to lose.

After major abdominal surgery, I was given this laxative and stool softener to assist me. It was so gentle. It never gave me cramps or made me super gassy. And it was effective. I don't use anything else now. I don't know anything about the other Senokot products either, but this one works perfectly!

Gave to my 88-year old mother. Must have worked smoothly, because she didn't complain. Believe me, she would have if it didn't work to her satisfaction.
