(2 pack) Shason Textile Soft Puffy Dot Fleece 1.5 Yard Precut Fabric, Light Gray

I was looking for a gray fleece fabric but this was the only fleece the store had. It was thinner than expected. The color was much lighter than expected, too. I Purchased this to make doggy blankets for family members with pets. If you are going to make blankets for humans, be sure to get fleece without the puffy dots. I would still recommend if you are looking for light weight feece fabric.

I used this for a quilt back and pillows for a baby gift. I love using minky because it it so soft and the color is a light gray which matched perfectly.

I'm not sure if I can use the fabric to make a big pillow as I planned. The dots are not notched or cut in fleece, they seem to be formed in some fabric processing so they are like half bubbles that can flatten with pressure and then come back. I hope this makes sense, I tried to show it in my pics, it is nice fabric, but important to know when choosing this fabric for a specific sewing project. I'm wanting to make some pillows with different colors and textures of fleece. I got this and peach colored rose etched fleece to start, I'm on a mission. I'm sure other creative sewing people that get project ideas in their head, understand. I don't regret my purchase, I just want to help others because it isn't always easy selecting the perfect fabric on line.
