I can't eat the kimchi but i can take this capsule and get the benefit ...and the servings per bottle surpass the servings per jars it would take to eat/buy the kimchi. That means a cost benefit because I cant make the kimchi either.

However, it's a pretty heavy dose that sent my gut into a bit of distress when I started with it. So my nutritionist recommended a week of opening the capsules and taking one half a day.
